Shipping policy
Shipping Times
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 9–11 business days.
Estimated total delivery time is therefore 11–13 business days from the date your order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. International shipments may occasionally take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, or busy periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs £5 per order.
Taxes and duties are included in the price you pay at checkout. In most cases, no additional charges will be due upon delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Tracking information may take 2–3 days to update after dispatch. There may also be periods without tracking updates while your parcel is in transit. This is normal and does not necessarily mean your parcel is lost.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at contact@ameliermercier.com as soon as possible.
We will do our best to assist you. However, once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes or cancellations.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us because the shipping address provided was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was refused or unsuccessful, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery where applicable.
